Ipinag-utos ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa kanyang pakikipagpulong sa Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) Tourism Sector ngayong Huwebes ang pagpapalawig ng e-visa sa Chinese, Indian, South Korean, and Japanese nationals para mas ma-engganyo ang mga turista na magpunta sa bansa.
Ipinahayag din ng PSAC ang kanilang rekomendasyon kay PBBM na isama ang Indian nationals sa visa-upon arrival program at sinegundahan ang direktiba ng Pangulo tungkol sa e-visa na kasalukuyan lang na ibinibigay sa Taiwanese citizens.
