Pinuri ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang mga natatanging kababaihan sa law enforcement at national security sa ginanap na Awarding ceremony Of the Ten Outstanding Women in Law Enforcement and National Security (OWLENS) Philippines 2023. Sa kanyang talumpati, pinarangalan niya ang mga awardee sa kanilang kahanga-hangang mga nagawa sa pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at kaayusan sa kanilang mga komunidad, lalo na sa panahon ng pandemya ng COVID-19. Tiniyak niya ang na ang administrasyon ay magpapatupad ng mga konkreto at kumprehensibong hakbang upang mapalawak ang representasyon ng kababaihan sa gobyerno.
