President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. handed over Friday PhP147.6 million to the province of Aurora to help farmers and fisherfolk recover from the effects of El Niño phenomenon that hit the country.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Thursday handed over PhP26.87 million in financial assistance to the local governments of Cavite and Rizal to help farmers and fisherfolk affected by the El Niño phenomenon.
