Inilatag din ng Pangulo ang mga paraan at inisyatibo sa pagtugon sa mga suliranin na kinakaharap ng pagsasaka sa kasalukuyang panahon kabilang ang pagbibigay ng ayuda at paglalaan ng pondo sa pagpapautang sa mga magsasaka.
