PBBM Expresses Confidence in the Capabilities of the 803rd Infantry Brigade to Dismantle Communist Terrorist Groups in Northern Samar by End of 2023
Inihayag ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang kanyang kumpiyansa sa kakayahan ng hukbo ng ika-803 na Infantry (Peacemaker) Brigade ng Philippine Army na buwagin ang mga Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs) sa Northern Samar bago matapos ang taong 2023.
Sa kanyang pagbisita sa Camp Juan Ponce Sumoroy sa Catarman kahapon, Hulyo 14, kinalala ni PBBM ang mga kontribusyon ng brigade upang mapanatili ang kaayusan sa rehiyon. Inanyayahan niya ang mga ito na tulungan ang mga miyembro ng CTGs na muling sumama sa lipunan at ipinangako ang suporta ng administrasyon sa kanilang pagsasanay at pagkuha ng mga kinakailangang kasangkapan para depensahan ang seguridad sa rehiyon.

A visiting senior official of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) praised the Philippines for its global peace and security contributions through Filipino scientists’ high-quality data gathering and scientific monitoring.
