They also highlighted the proposed Japan International Cooperation Agency official development assistance loan project for developing the Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting Network for the People’s Television Network, Inc., as well as other significant government infrastructure legacy projects.
Ambassador Endo expressed his gratitude to Acting Secretary Chavez for his encouraging message, emphasizing that coordination will serve as the cornerstone for cooperation, further reinforcing the foundation of friendship between the Philippines and Japan.
