Sa kanyang mensahe, ipinarating ng Pangulo na ang patuloy na pagtatayo ng mga Kadiwa ng Pasko site sa iba't ibang panig ng bansa ay paraan ng pamahalaan upang matulungan ang pamilyang Pilipino sa patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin sa merkado.
Kasalukuyan ay may tatlong daan at limampung Kadiwa ng Pasko site na ang nabuksan sa buong bansa.
