SE Ovink praised Secretary Borje after the Filipino official delivered his speech during the summit’s parallel session. The Dutch Special Envoy said the Philippines and The Netherlands share a common position on both water-related and climate change issues.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. asked the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Monday to collaborate further with the government to secure the country’s energy infrastructure.
