President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. inaugurated on Monday the Cabaruan Solar-Powered Pump Irrigation Project (SPIP), one of the country’s first and biggest solar-powered pump irrigation project to address rising challenges of energy costs in diverting water supply to farmlands.
