Masusing nakinig at nagbigay ng kanyang ideya at tanong ang Pangulo sa iba't ibang nakalatag na programa at aksyon ng DOTr at DICT, partikular na ang problema sa navigation, surveillance at air traffic management sa mga airport sa bansa.
