Marcos Jr. ang groundbreaking ceremony para sa Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Project – Batasan Development and Urban Renewal Plan ngayong Martes, Enero 31, 2023. Ayon sa Pangulo ito ang magiging pinakamalaking flagship housing program ng pamahalaan, na tutupad sa layuning mabigyan ng maayos at desenteng bahay ang bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Layunin ng Batasan-Commonwealth Development and Urban Renewal Plan na makapagpatayo ng 233,182 housing units, 2,200 units dito ay para sa BATODA members at informal settlers sa Batasan-Commonwealth area sa Quezon City.
