Binigyang-diin ng Pangulo na ang okasyong ito ay nagpapakita ng mahalagang hakbang tungo sa pangarap na magbigay ng abot-kayang pabahay para sa mga Pilipino. Kumpiyansa si PBBM na ang pagpapatayo ng limang residential towers na may mahigit 11,800 units, kasama ng apat na commercial building ay magbibigay ng kaginhawahan sa mga benipisyaryo ng nasabing proyekto.
