Napag-usapan sa pagpupulong ang panukalang pag-iisa ng dalawang bangko ng pamahalaan, ang Land Bank of the Philippines at Development Bank of the Philippines upang mas mapaganda at mapalawak pa ang government banking services para sa mga Pilipino. Tinalakay rin sa pagpupulong ang paglalatag ng mga komprehensibong reporma sa Military and Uniformed Personnel Retirement and Pension System na bahagi ng welfare provision ng pamahalaan sa mga retiradong sundalo, pulis, at iba pang sangay ng unipormadong serbisyo.
