President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. inaugurated on Friday the “Tourist Rest Area” (TRA) in Saud, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. The TRA is the first of its kind in Northern Luzon and is expected to attract more tourists in the Ilocos Region.
