Ipinahayag din ng PSAC ang kanilang rekomendasyon kay PBBM na isama ang Indian nationals sa visa-upon arrival program at sinegundahan ang direktiba ng Pangulo tungkol sa e-visa na kasalukuyan lang na ibinibigay sa Taiwanese citizens.
