President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. advanced economic collaboration with the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), led by JCCI Chairman Ken Kobayashi, in a meeting today.
PBBM sought the JCCI’s continued support and shared the government's efforts to enhance the ease of doing business in the country, focusing on reforms aimed at attracting investments.

After their initial meeting in 2023 and during the U.S. Presidential Trade and Investment Mission last March, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. held further discussions on cooperation with Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation (USNC) in the Philippines’ energy sector today.
