On Valentine's Day, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. met with centenarians Apo Whang-Od and Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Valentin F. Ponce Enrile. Apo Whang-Od received the Presidential Medal of Merit during an awards ceremony, while Secretary Enrile was presented with the Presidential Letter of Felicitation and a centenarian stamp during a lunch celebration with government officials and the Secretary’s close associates.
