Inatasan ni PBBM ang mga kaugnay na ahensya na aralin ang pagpapalakas ng Philippine National Anti-Doping Organization (PHI-NADO) alinsunod sa mga probisyon ng WADC.
Sa miting kasama ang bagong CGIAR Executive Managing Editor, Dr. Ismahane Elouafi, tinalakay ang posibleng pagtutulungan ng Department of Agriculture sa Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) at International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), kabilang ang pag-develop ng mga punla para sa panahon ng kalamidad, at pagpapalakas sa kakayahan ng mga magsasaka.
