As co-chair, the Philippines emphasised the need to contextualise skilling as uplifting human dignity and human rights, citing that for the Duterte Administration, skilling is more than increasing productivity or responding to labor needs. Nakipagpulong si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) para masiguro ang pagsunod ng Pilipinas sa World Anti-Doping Code (WADC). Inatasan ni PBBM ang mga kaugnay na ahensya na aralin ang pagpapalakas ng Philippine National Anti-Doping Organization (PHI-NADO) alinsunod sa mga probisyon ng WADC.
