Sa Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, ibinahagi ni PBBM na magkakaroon ang bawat rehiyon ng MSL at iikot ang mga ito upang magabayan ang pagbibigay ng tulong-pansakahan. Dagdag ng Pangulo, layunin ng pamahalaan na magtatag ng permanent soil laboratories at ipagpatuloy ang iba pang suporta sa sektor upang mabawasan pa ang ating pagbili ng imported rice.
