During a courtesy call in Malacañang on Monday, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. conveyed his sincere appreciation to High Representative and Vice President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas for the European Union’s continued and steadfast support for the Philippines.v

In an effort to improve irrigation systems and increase farm productivity, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the turnover of more than 200 units of machinery for irrigation operations and maintenance nationwide on Monday.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Wednesday said he wants the National Food Authority (NFA) to return to its original mandate of stabilizing rice prices by buying palay during harvest, maintaining buffer stocks, and selling rice during lean months to reduce imports.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. visited the Metro Pacific Fresh Farms (MPFF) on Wednesday, the Philippines’ largest greenhouse facility in San Rafael, Bulacan, which aims to share modern farming practices with Filipino farmers to boost food sustainability.
