Sec. Bong Go Provides Additional Assistance to the Fire Victims in Muntinlupa City
Sec. Bong Go of the Office of the Special Assistant to the President made good in his promise of providing additional assistance to the victims of the recent fire that hit Brgy. Poblacion in Muntinlupa City earlier this June.
After providing relief packages and cash assistance to the affected families of the Muntinlupa fire last June 6, Sec. Go followed it up by launching recovery and rehabilitation efforts to the victims on June 18, 2018.
Among the recipients was Jaime Rigorgo, who lost 20 pigs when the fire broke out. Sec. Go then provided a board and a sow so that Rigorgo and his family could start a livelihood anew.
He then made a reassurance that the national government under the administration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is more than willing to provide additional assistance to those in need.
