PRESIDENT MARCOS: Good evening, everyone.
I just want to make a very quick announcement. I have just administered the oath to our good friend here, Secretary now, Secretary Sonny Angara for his new position in the Department of Education and that formalizes his taking on of the position of Secretary for DepEd.

PRESIDENT MARCOS: Very good. So, welcome to the Cabinet.
SEC. ANGARA: Thank you, Mr. President.
