Speech of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte during his Attendance to the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Biyaya ng Pagbabago Housing Project
Km. 22, Brgy. Los Amigos, Tugbok Dist., Davao City
19 May 2017

You know, I’d like to talk to Ramon Ang. About Ramon Ang. Alam mo ito si Ramon, by sheer guts, og iyang sariling pagod, he became a billionaire ten times over. And yet, [speaks Bisaya]… donations, charitable endeavor pero dili nila pinapublish. [speaks Bisaya]

[speaks Bisaya]

You were once a president of PAL and you know that it is working efficiently, it’s quite safe to fly those… [speaks Bisaya]… if it’s existing or operating but it is a foundation of my mother. So [speaks Bisaya]

… stop this b*** s*** of fighting pero [speaks Bisaya]

just to avoid mga bad blod ba. I don’t know if they’re still here [speaks Bisaya]

There will be water when you transfer. There will be electricity already. Lahat ng [speaks Bisaya]

Sa panahon na ito, sa karami ng tao, ang planeta is getting very small. [speaks Bisaya]

[speaks Bisaya]

…so we want altogether to avoid it. It’s going to be a lottery, it’s going to be a fair arrangement, it’s gonna be finished in 18 months? 18 months, i-turn over sa March, Araw ng Davao. [speaks Bisaya]

I will not sign anything unless [speaks Bisaya]

… but that conflict will continue. And it will continue to punish kasi mag-sige lang [speaks Bisaya]

Where is the setup? For which principle are you fighting for that you would kill a Filipino and would last for about 50 years? Unless magpirma si Sison or bilateral kaming dua [speaks Bisaya]

… pero unless I can get that guarantee na [speaks Bisaya] mamatay na sundalo o barangay captain [speaks Bisaya]

… Huwag niyo akong insultuhin. Wala, di tayo naglayo sa hangarin natin pero you know, if you don’t stop killing people, hindi rin ako. I continue to save my soldiers, my policemen. My because I am the commander in chief. Hindi ko inaamin yan aking mga tao. My because ako ang kanilang commander-in-chief, whether they… my soldiers, my policemen. [speaks Bisaya]

So this project I hope would go a long way to help the Filipino sa karong panahon. [speaks Bisaya]

During a Cabinet meeting, ako [inaudible] you are lying through your teeth. Get out of this room. You’re fired. [speaks Bisaya]

For as long as you continue to destroy the young [speaks Bisaya]

If you deprive this country of the young and you’re destroying the Philippines, I will kill you. [speaks Bisaya]

P**** i**, hintuan ninyo ‘yan. Sinisira ninyo ang bayan ko. And if there’s one thing that I will not allow, I will never allow this, my country to go to the dog. Ang ayaw ko sa panahon  ko ‘yung mabalita na the Philippines deteriorated so much because nothing was done about it.

Huwag ninyo ako… basta droga, bitawan ninyo ‘yan. Kasi maabutan ko talaga kayo one day, mamatay talaga kayo.

We have four million drug addicts, how am I supposed to deal with that? [speaks Bisaya]

Saan tayo pupunta nito?

Kaya mabuti na para klaro tayo. Ako sa panahon, [speaks Bisaya]

Panahon ng pagkasalbahe, number one ako. P***** i** [speaks Bisaya] and I can… terrorism. [speaks Bisaya]

I can … better… gusto ninyo kainin ko pa ‘yang atay niyo sa harapan nung… [speaks Bisaya]

O, galitin mo ako. [speaks Bisaya]

Ganon ako kagalit sa mga taong ‘yan. [speaks Bisaya]

Sila eh, Duterte parang hindi abogado magsalita parang hindi edukado. Eh hindi man ako edukado[speaks Bisaya]

Palakpakan nato maayo si Ramon Ang [applause] [speaks Bisaya] Si Congressman Velasco sa Marinduque. [speaks Bisaya] Ah sa Bataan, Garcia. Congressman Garcia.

… all those guys who have one way or another contributed their effort, money, everything to realize this dream. It will come to pass, God-willing. And by that time, I hope you will still be around, I can gather here once again to celebrate the victory of the human spirit.

Daghang salamat.
