Proclamation No. 332 declares November 13-15, 2017 special non-working days in NCR, Bulacan and Pampanga to give way to the 31st ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings. Per the Office of the Executive Secretary, there is no work in both private and public offices. Classes in both public and private schools in all levels are also suspended.
