QUEZON CITY — President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Monday, September 24, visited the wake of businessman Rodolfo Soriano Ibuna who suffered a stroke on Friday, September 21. Ibuna was 82.

President Duterte, during the visit, told the Ibuna family that he understands the feeling of losing a patriarch, noting how devastated his family felt when his father passed away.

The President, however, said the demise of his father changed the course of his life.

Rodolfo Ibuna, the son of former San Juan Mayor Nicanor Ibuna, was a successful businessman, who owned a brokerage company. ###PND
