IATF approves vaccination certificates of more countries

The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Sunday, February 20, 2022, approved the acceptance and recognition of the national COVID-19 vaccination certificates of Egypt, Maldives, Palau, Albania, Estonia, Greece, Malta and Uruguay, for purposes of arrival quarantine protocols, as well as for interzonal/intrazonal movement.

NCR to retain Alert Level 2 status; 7 areas to be placed under Alert Level 3

The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Monday, February 14, 2022, placed the following areas under Alert Level 3 from February 16 to 28, 2022: Iloilo City, Iloilo Province and Guimaras in Region VI; Zamboanga City in Region IX; Davao de Oro and Davao Occidental in Region XI; and South Cotabato in Region XII.


IATF updates protocols for arriving foreign nationals

The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) updated the entry, testing and quarantine protocols for foreign nationals arriving from abroad under certain provisions contained in IATF Resolution No. 160-B, dated February 3, 2022.


Palace announces vax rollout for children ages 5-11

The vaccination rollout for children age five to eleven years old will begin on February 4, 2022, which will be done simultaneously in selected locations in Metro Manila, said Acting Presidential Spokesperson and Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.
