PBBM’s Indonesian Visit: President Marcos and First Lady Louise Receive Warm Welcome by General (Ret.) Muhammad Tito Karnavian
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos have arrived at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Indonesia, where they were warmly welcomed by General (Ret.) Muhammad Tito Karnavian, Indonesia’s Minister of Home Affairs, along with officials from the Indonesian government and representatives of the Philippine Embassy in Indonesia.

The Philippines and Malaysia agreed on Wednesday to convene the next Philippines-Malaysia Joint Commission Meeting to discuss priority cooperation in various areas of mutual interest, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said on Wednesday, following his bilateral meeting with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.v

The Philippines and Malaysia should examine and restrengthen their relationship as the two nations gear toward post-pandemic recovery, wherein both countries will play an important role, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said on Wednesday.
