Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ngayong huling araw ng Enero ang selebrasyon ng ika-72 anibersaryo ng Department of Social Welfare and Development at pinasinayaan ang bagong gusali ng ahensya na magpapabuti pa ng serbisyo para sa mga nangangailangang Pilipino. Kumpiyansa ang Pangulo na sa pamamagitan ng bagong gusali ng DSWD, mapapangalagaan ang kapakanan ng mga empleyado ng ahensya. Inaasahan din ni PBBM ang pagpapatuloy sa mga programa ng DSWD tulad ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), Unconditional Cash Transfer Program, at Social Pension Program for Indigent Senior Citizens.
