Marcos Jr. ang ikaapat na pagpupulong ng National Innovation Council (NIC) ngayong Martes, ika-21 ng Pebrero para talakayin ang mahahalagang detalye tungkol sa implementasyon ng Philippine Innovation Act. llan pa sa naging agenda ng pagpupulong ang pagpili sa pitong Executive Members ng NIC para sa taong 2023-2026 na magmumula sa pribadong sektor, pag-apruba sa logo ng NIC, at ang presentasyon ng National Innovation Agenda sa Pangulo. Ang NIC ay binubuo ng 25 miyembro mula sa pampubliko at pribadong sektor na nagsusulong ng innovation sa mga proyekto ng bansa para matulungan ang mga mahihirap at bigyan ng pagkakataon ang micro, small at medium enterprises (MSMEs) na makibahagi sa pagpapalago ng ekonomiya.
